24 weeks/6 months...

21 weeks
21 weeks with my super supportive husband! HA! He'll regret doing this when he sees the blog :-/
 22 weeks
23 weeks (Mother's Day)... Purchased this new dress for myself :)
We had our targeted ultrasound at my 23 week appointment. They did some fun 3D shots! I always LOVE these....makes it feel even more real. I think baby might resemble Jet a little? See pics HERE or HERE...who knows?! Its amazing the detail the machines can get when baby only weighs a little over a pound.

 6 months/ 24 weeks... getting ROUND!
I'm feeling great! Still able to run/walk a couple times a week. A little tired in afternoons, but thankful that Jet naps and I can relax during E's quiet time! No real cravings or aversions to any food at this point. Getting really nervous for Summer....and the HEAT! I need a pool in my yard! We have gotten nowhere in the naming process. Still just "Boy" according to Jet. Emri comes up with new names occasionally...she likes Miles and Jack. Not sure where she pulled either of those from. Brett and I haven't really been discussing it much. The kids love to notice that "boy" is growing. Jet rubs my tummy and says, "boy OUT?" Ha ha! Not yet buddy!

Ogden 1/2 Marathon....(supporter)

Ha! Were you thinking I ran that thing in my "condition?" 12 weeks pregnant was a great time for me to stop running long distances. At 24 weeks I've been "running" a couple times a week, but not a ton!

However, after Brody and I finished our 1/2 Marathon in Feb, our cousin Kerry told Brody he'd run one with him if he wanted to. Kerry hadn't ever run in a race before and Ogden's race is now a lottery, which had already been selected. But I decided to try to help them get in. After a few FB posts inquiring for bibs that people were no longer in need of we scored to entries for them to run!

Brody didn't find as much time to train for this run as the last one, but he still did great and I'm waaay proud of him! I hope to run this 1/2 one day....it starts up in Eden and runs down through beautiful Ogden Canyon, ending in downtown Ogden.

Mom and I headed to the finish line to see them cross. The crappy part is....we had beautiful weather all week, and what do ya know....Friday night and all Saturday morning was a DOWNPOUR of rain! Not sure I could have done it!
They are awesome! They finished together, right around 2 hours 7 minutes.

The racers and their coordinator :)
 Uncle Randy, Kerry and Greg

Way to go fellas!

Little Fish Graduate

How on earth is this possible?! Didn't she just START preschool yesterday?! The year seems to have flown by...and she really loved every second of her first year of preschool!

Apparently if you kick your leg up in the back, you will say your part better! "C says c for Cat, eating crazy cookies, now what do you think of that?"

Emri with her teachers Miss Kourtney and Miss Jackie. They are both so sweet and amazing with all the little kids! We are excited that E gets to be in Miss Jackie's class next year!
Emri has quite a fan club :) Momma Max was there....
 Gma and Gpa Anderton came...
...and of course, her biggest fans!
So proud of you little peanut! But please, don't let every year go by that fast! :(

Baby Animals, A Tea Party, and Rodeo...all in ONE day!

One (atypical) Saturday we managed to go, go, GO! It started off at Baby Animal Days in Kaysville. We invited Gma/Gpa A to come along. The kids were able to hold and pet just about all the farm animals there are! Grandma really debated bringing this mellow bunny home!

Jet did so much better this year than last (he was quite unsure of touching all the animals last year).
 The chicks were mellow....
...the ducklings needed a few extra hands to keep them contained.

Ewww. I could barely stand to see them touch that thing!
 Train ride...
and we finished it off with a refreshing treat! We left around lunch time just as the crowds were getting huge and the heat was setting in! Perfect morning outing :)
From there Brett stayed home with Jet for naps, and Emri and I headed to Morgan so she could attend her first "Garden Tea Party" at cousin Willa's house (I have the cutest sister in law ever, just to do this for fun)!
Lots of adorable little girls dressed in their "garden party" dresses, enjoying cookies and juice :)
 Emri and cousin Tabitha
Emri and cousin Willa; she was in 7th heaven at this girly event!
From there we headed over to the Morgan Rodeo grounds, where (future) Aunt Kassie was riding in a rodeo! E and Bridger watching the events while we waited for Kassie's turn.
 There she is!

E couldn't NOT be up on that horse with Kass! She just kept saying "Let's Run!"

By the time we got home I was exhausted! What a fun day we had though!

Speaking of Mothers...

I had a wonderful week leading up to Mother's Day this year... Emri's preschool invited the moms for a "Mother's Tea Party." They performed a couple of songs, read some Q&A's the kids answered about their mommy's (hilarious), and then the kids served us juice and cookies. It was so dang cute, I might have teared up! Emri was so, so excited about this day!

This Ohio bestie traveled to Utah for a baby blessing and we stole her family away for an afternoon. To see her pregnant makes me a happy girl! I love that we are pregnant at the same time, just wish we still lived only a mile apart. To know there are 2 boys in her belly is such a miracle!
Brett surprised me with flowers one day after work!
In keeping with past tradition, my mom and I hit up the NEW outlet stores at Traverse Mountain and did a little damage the weekend of Mother's Day. I bought a new maternity dress and some capris....and of course some clothes for the kiddos. It's fun to have the outlets only 10 minutes from mom's house :)
On Mother's Day I actually had help getting to church on time because Brett didn't have early morning meetings! He fixed one of my favorites for breakfast... strawberry waffles....belgium waffle, melted butter drizzled on top, fresh strawberries, sprinkled brown sugar, whipped cream and drizzled maple syrup! haha! YEP, straight sugar! AND OH SO DELISH!! We had dinner in Morgan with some of Brett's family. I did not even take one picture that whole day :( I guess I really was taking the day off!
