The past few weeks have been so busy and we are excited to post some pics about the visitors we've had and the overnight camping we experienced......but, until I get all the pics rounded up, enjoy a few shots of Emri at SEVEN MONTHS!!!!
E babe is growing like a weed! She is at such a fun stage right now....I think she just keeps getting more fun with each new thing she does and learns!

She has pretty much graduated from the Bumbo....because I'm scared she's going to arch her way right off the back....and honestly, her thighs are quite snug in it too! When we (try to) take her out, the whole chair comes with! Now she is sitting in her sweet chair that mom scored for $5 at a yard sale! It's great! She likes to pick up her puffs and yogurt melts from the tray....although, getting them into her mouth is a whole different story! She's learning though :)

I feel like one of these days she will either complete the full splits and throw her hands up to say "ta-da", or take off crawling from this position! She's really not even close to crawling yet, but this sure makes her look as if she's headed that way!

Emri graduated from her bath chair to the tub! She LOVES her rubber duckies! This picture cracks me up! She can fit the head of the baby ducky all the way in her mouth, then uses her free hands to reach for the next duck victim! Her eyes make it look painful, but I assure you, she's fine!

She loves to splash around now that she has a little more wiggle room in the full tub!

She eats much better than she used to! She really likes pears, sweet potatoes, apricots, applesauce, peaches, carrots, and squash. She totally dry heaves on green beans! We are gradually making our way to the 2nd foods! She also does much better with her cereal now as well. Just this week though we had to introduce the poor baby to prunes to help with some "backed-up" issues!
The one change Brett and I have noticed in the past month is Emri is now fully aware of what she wants.....and when it gets taken away she knows it too! In the past, if she grabbed at something she shouldn't have, we could take it away and replace it with one of her toys--no problem. Now, there's an instant reaction and she can tear up faster than I can blink! WOW! Does the drama start this early?! ha ha! We sure love Emri to pieces and are so lucky to have her in our family!

Wow, she is so adorable! All those pics are so cute. Can't believe it's been seven months. She'll be walking before you know it. I love the rubber ducky in her mouth. Can't believe she doesn't gag on that. Deacon used to shove his fist in his mouth and start gagging. Kids are funny!
Your kid is sooooo cute!! With Emri being 7 months plans need to be in the works for baby #2. Once you start you can't stop. The 2 year plan you know.
E is so cute! I love her in her '7 mo picture'... Cute!
Maybe she'll start crawling soon! Looks like she's trying to go somewhere!
She is so cute in the bath tub. Parker likes to eat the duck heads too...it makes me a little nervous when he starts to gag.
She's such a good eater. Sounds like you are feeding her some good stuff. Her little chair is great! The Bumbo is getting to be old news at our house too. I can barely get him in it...then it takes 2 of us to get him out. Its pretty snug! Looks like you got a great chair...and only $5...great! She's eating little puffs now! ahhh! They grow up so fast!
I absolutely love the ducky picture. She is such a cutie and I want to squeeze her little rolls!
ahh I just love her little chubbiness!! your teeth look awesome.. I was smiling at how tan you were when you got your braces.. the good ol days huh?!? remember when I scorched myself laying out at bri's pool right after the mish?!? I still have a permanent line from where all my skin peeled off!!!
So cute! I can't believe she is 7 months already! The first yeat flies by. Pretty soon she'll be walking and you'll be chasing her around church (which is what we're doing now)
She is so adorable. I love the picture of her in the recliner and the one of her with the duck. SO funny.
I love the splits pic!! that is great...ha Emri is such a pretty little thing..she's changed even from when I saw her last a month ago!
Your new teeth look awesome! congrats on the removal.!!>
oh so cute. Little Emri, oh how you're growing. The bumbo is still in full force at our house. Judging by the rate we're going she'll never outgrow it. She'll be like 7 and still sitting in her bumbo. hahah
Emri looks like she fully enjoys the tub. Hazel does the same things with her ducks' heads. I have to watch her so close while she's in the bath because she's always rolling over and trying to put her face in the water. And when she's sitting up she'll fall over in a blink of an eye. Babies are SO slippery when they're wet.
I'm so impressed that she's eating her little puffs by herself and I love the high chair you got for 5 bucks. Way to go!
What a cutie. She looks like her face is thinning out a little. She is such an adorable little girl. Isn't it crazy how much you can love your children?
